525 The Collection —
A new modern luxury condo was going up in Brooklyn featuring the latest environmentally friendly technology. 525 The Collection wanted to attract a community of people which all shared the like minded goal of living green.
I developed a visual identity that expressed the building's core idea of unity through a language that speaks to solidarity and coming together while still being luxurious. Knowing there needed to be printed collateral to hand to potential clients I decided on using newsprint, which could easily be recycled.
